1978 U.S.A., set of 18.
These were premiums in General Mills cereal in 1978. The set could also be obtained via mail-in offer, in which case a plastic folder to hold the set would also be included. Pictured are the plastic folder, fronts of all 18 cards (with 4 sample backs) and several singles MIP from cereal boxes (interestingly, these were in plastic pouches that were stapled shut!). Note that the inserts in the folder only hold 16 of the cards, and the last two were meant to be stuck into pockets on the inside front and inside back of the folder.
