1977/2007 Topps 30th Annniversary Box Toppers.
These cards were distributed in the 2007 Topps 30th Anniversary boxes, one per box, as "box toppers". Each card was individually sealed in a crimped plastic bag, many of which appeared to have been worn (i.e. not pack fresh) before being stamped and sealed in the bag. Also, many were damaged by the crimping.
From the cards available on the market, it also appears that Topps used an abundance of series 2 (red bordered) cards, and then declining quantities of the blue, yellow, green and finally orange (being the rarest). It is unknown if a complete set is even possible.
