1977 France, Topps series 1.
These packs (shown) contained U.S. Topps series one cards (blue border #1-66) cards and a sticker (#1-11), for distribution in France - but the wax wrapper was printed specially with adds written in French (Mecanno ad). Since most people don't know what's inside (and probably guess OPC, or at the least U.S. series 2), you can actually find these cheaper to burst for PSA submissions than U.S. Topps S1 packs... and the leftover wrappers are more valuable to boot.
Scans are one unused wrapper, a partial roll of unused wrappers, the back and front of some unopened packs, and the special box (notice that the 15 cent tag was replaced with the Topps logo) that was used to market the U.S. S1 cards in Europe.
