1977 New Zealand, set of 72.
This is a very interesting, and very rare set. There are 72 cards that are very similar to the Scanlens set done in nearby Australia. This set differs in many ways though, including the card stock which is much thicker. This set also has blank backs (all of the cards that normally would have had text descriptions on the back). In addition, there are two variations of this set - one on glossy stark white stock and the other on on very thing brown cardboard stock.
The pictures below are a wax wrapper, the fronts and backs of the same (3) cards from the two cardstock variations, and then two sample blank backs from the two cardstock variations.
