1977 Mexico, set of 187.
Here's a selection of album stickers from 1977 Mexico. As is very common in Central America, these are actually small paper cards meant to be pasted into a "sticker album". These are very similar to the sets made in Costa Rica and Spain by Pacosa Dos, but were made by Transplastic. I was very fortunate to also come across an original wrapper for the cards; the wrappers are on light paper (folded and glued) and it's not likely that many of them survived!
Also shown is the cover of the Transplastic album, and a page complete with the stickers. Each sticker is carefully adhered with glue along the top so that it can be lifted to read all of the text on the back. I like having this set in the album, as much as if I had the stickers and album separately (maybe more!).
WANTS FROM THIS SET: Unopened pack, packet box.
